The Wellness Exchange is a curated self-care experience designed to help you pour back into yourself; mind, body, and soul. Guests can enjoy a rejuvenating yoga session, a therapist-led panel discussion, vitamin injections, and local vendors. It’s a content-friendly space created for relaxation, connection, and inspiration. Each guest will receive complimentary juice shots upon arrival (while supplies last). Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to fully embrace the session.
